![]() I've made it exactly as directed, and the second time I added more Worcestershire and cayenne. This is a delicious and easy way to have mac n cheese without making a white sauce. Very good recipe but has anyone noticed that it doesnt tell you what to do with the two cans of condensed milk? I figured it out but just sayin'. And maybe some Spam :) We liked the casserole-like consistency it's definitely not the creamy variety. ![]() ![]() Like the others said: Needs More Flavor! More Worcestershire and mustard and cheese. Next time, I will leave this out, use a more conventional mustard, or just use a very little bit. However, here in the time of pandemic, I had only Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard, and maybe that was just too much. I liked everything about this, except the mustard.
